Welds that
hold.
Coded welders and stainless steel specialists. Three decades of boilermaking, pipefitting and structural fabrication for Gauteng’s production plants.

01 Capability
What we put
on the tools.
From repairing critical production lines to fabricating structures that strengthen industrial operations, we focus on results that keep working.
-
01
Stainless steel fabrication
Our specialisation. Hygienic stainless fabrication and installation for beverage, food and process plant, where the finish matters as much as the joint.
-
02
Stainless & carbon steel welding
MIG, TIG and arc on stainless and carbon steel, carried out by coded welders, not general labour with a machine.
-
03
Boilermaking: tanks, hoppers & chutes
Tanks, hoppers, chutes and ducting: marked out, rolled, fitted and installed to drawing.
-
04
Pipefitting & process piping
Process pipework, pump lines and reticulation: fabricated, routed, welded and checked before it goes live.
-
05
Structural steel
Platforms, walkways, supports and structural steelwork for industrial and commercial sites.
-
06
Plant maintenance, breakdowns & shutdowns
Breakdown repairs, planned maintenance and shutdown work that gets a production line running again.
Planning a job? Our guides explain what a welder’s certificate proves, how to choose between 304 and 316 stainless, when a job needs TIG or MIG welding and how to prepare for a plant shutdown.
02 Process
Every joint,
in order.
A spool doesn’t come together in one go. It’s cut, fitted, tacked, rooted, filled and signed off, and each pass is done properly before the next one starts.
- 01
Cut & prep
Material marked out, cut square and edges prepared to the weld procedure.
- 02
Fit-up & tack
Alignment and root gap set, then tacked so nothing moves under heat.
- 03
TIG root pass
Full-penetration root run, purged where the spec calls for it.
- 04
Fill & cap
Filled to thickness and capped, with heat input kept in control.
- 05
Inspect & sign-off
Visual inspection, dimensional check and handover before it goes live.
